Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sensemillier Grading Platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Urbanistic Vaptes Ltd., doing business as Sensemillier ("Sensemillier," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform in any way, including creating a free account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform using a corporate, organizational, or employer-issued email address, or on behalf of any company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" include both you personally and that entity.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to access cannabis-related content and services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who misrepresents their eligibility.

2. Account Registration and Corporate Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.2 Corporate and Organizational Accounts

If you register using a corporate, organizational, business, or employer-issued email address, or if you access the Platform as part of your duties for any company or organization:

• You represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind your employer or organization to these Terms;
• Your employer or organization is jointly and severally responsible for your compliance with these Terms;
• Any use of the Platform by you in a professional or employment capacity is deemed use by your employer or organization; and
• We may communicate directly with your employer or organization regarding your account or any violations of these Terms.

2.3 Account Accuracy

You agree not to create accounts under false pretenses, use misleading information, or misrepresent the purpose for which you are accessing the Platform. Creating an account for competitive intelligence, benchmarking, or to inform the development of a competing product is a misrepresentation and a material breach of these Terms.

3. Plans and Permitted Use

3.1 Free Personal Plan
