This is helpful for:

• Keeping your grading journal organized
• Retailers can hide out of stock or discontinued products
• Producers and sales reps can only show the grading records they wish to share with prospects

All grading types can be archived (bud, pre-roll, concentrate and effect grading records).

To archive a grading record, simply open the record you wish to archive, and look for the “Archive Record” button in the top right corner of the page.

Press the button to archive the record. The record is now hidden from your team space default view.

To show your archived records, select the “Show Archived Records” checkbox at the bottom of the grading journal page.
