Custom Links is one of the most powerful features available on the TDC Grading Platform. This article will tell you what Custom Links are, how to use them, and how they can benefit your business.

About Custom Links

Custom Links is a powerful feature that allows for comprehensive grading data collection in real time by creating and distributing your own ‘custom’ links to the grading system.

You can create a custom link for the following grading systems:

• Full Bud Grading
• Pre-Roll Grading
• Concentrate Grading
• Effect Grading

Once you create the link, you can distribute it to customers, team members, prospects or other stakeholders. When they use the link to complete a product grading, that data becomes available in your account in real time.

The Custom Links feature is only available in your team space (Pro plan), so select your team space then navigate to the “Custom Links” page to get started.
